Meet Kelsie Ann Kauhaahaa, our dynamic Accounts Receivable Specialist who has been an invaluable member of the First Choice Tree Service team since September 2022. In her role, Kelsie expertly manages the preparation, posting, verification, and recording of customer payments. She ensures invoices are accurately generated and submitted, keeping our accounts and records meticulously up to date. Additionally, Kelsie provides essential support in the front office, greeting customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor, handling multiple phone lines, and processing approvals with efficiency.
Originally from Maui, Kelsie relocated to Las Vegas in October 2021, where she previously worked as a pharmacy admin at Partell Pharmacy. With over a decade of experience in customer service and administration, Kelsie is adept at a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, and consistently approaches her work with a positive, can-do attitude. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure that every task is completed to the highest standard.
Outside of work, Kelsie enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, watching movies, exploring local parks, discovering new culinary delights at food festivals, and attending concerts. Her colleagues appreciate her Aloha spirit and friendly personality.
