From implementing job site protocols to overseeing safety audits and incident response strategies, his role is central to fostering a proactive, safety-first culture throughout our organization.
Luke’s background is as dynamic as it is impressive. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, former law enforcement officer, firefighter, and emergency medical responder, he brings decades of real-world experience in high-pressure, mission-critical environments. This unique combination of leadership and tactical expertise gives him the insight to assess risk, manage crises, and train multidisciplinary teams to operate confidently and safely under pressure.
In May 2025, Lucas earned his Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP) credential through the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA)—a major milestone that reflects his commitment to advancing safety standards in the arboriculture industry. This achievement is more than a title; it symbolizes our shared dedication to upholding the highest levels of professionalism, care, and accountability across all divisions of First Choice.
