She began with us in April 2018, starting in the front office and swiftly moving up to the position of Scheduler within six months. In this role, she efficiently coordinated job schedules across departments and played a key role in the company’s profitability. Her exceptional performance led to her promotion to Accounts Receivables Specialist in June 2020, and she now leads our front office operations with a focus on optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Before joining our team, Mariana built a strong foundation in the restaurant industry, where she advanced from crew member to General Manager in just four years. She was instrumental in recruiting, training, and managing staff across multiple locations, driving productivity and boosting sales. She also analyzed financial reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability. Mariana’s academic background in Architecture and her transition into the technology sector with a focus on Cybersecurity further complement her diverse skill set.
In her personal life, Mariana is a coffee aficionado and a food lover, always on the lookout for new dining experiences and coffee spots. Her adventurous spirit has taken her to various countries, often exploring off the beaten path. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, wandering the Arts District, and savoring the best craft beers and culinary delights that Las Vegas has to offer.
