Sam Grageola joined First Choice Tree Service in July 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience as a fleet manager. His expertise has been pivotal in developing and implementing a more streamlined fleet management program, ensuring our fleet adheres to the highest standards of safety and performance for both drivers and public roads. Sam excels at identifying cost-effective solutions to mechanical challenges and communicates effectively with his team to address issues and devise solutions. Under his leadership, the fleet department has achieved top performance and driven initiatives to enhance the fleet program.
With 14 years of experience in heavy equipment, diesel engines, hydraulics, and engine repair, Sam has successfully established a highly efficient and budget-conscious maintenance program. Before joining First Choice Tree Service, he served as Lead Technician at Ramona Tires, a prominent chain of over 17 stores in Southern California. There, he managed daily operations and comprehensive auto repair, overseeing technicians and parts staff to ensure timely inspections and repairs of all vehicle types.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys a variety of activities that keep him engaged and entertained. He values quality time with his children, often spending it barbecuing and watching movies. Passionate about bike trails and traveling, he also enjoys supporting his favorite football team, the Pittsburgh Steelers. Sam is committed to personal and professional growth, actively reading management and finance books to enhance his skills and knowledge.
