TREE PRUNING
Pruning is the process of removing undesirable branches that are dead, weakened or diseased, and when done properly, will help prolong the life of a tree. TREE TRANSPLANTS
Our crews are trained in large tree boxing, tree salvage, and relocation. We offer pre- and post-transplant care and can provide tree salvage both on and off-site. Pre-transplant services include anti-transpiration sprays to help reduce water loss and bio-stimulant treatments to encourage root growth. Post-transplant care includes root stimulation treatments, cabling, pruning, and fertilization. We use the latest tree excavation equipment that helps us to achieve higher survival rates of transplanted trees.
TREE REMOVAL
The removal of a tree may become necessary if a tree is dead, dying, dangerous or damaging the surrounding landscape or physical structures. We can offer you a customized approach to tree removal that will meet your needs and budget. We have specialized equipment that can handle any type or size of tree removal project, including a Spade truck, Soil-jet machine, Backhoe, Bobcat and small and large stump grinders.
PALM TREE CARE
First Choice has the expertise to properly care for many palm varieties. It is important to prune palms to remove seed pods, fruit and dead fronds so the palm can redirect that energy to better uses such as the production of foliage, root and trunk tissue. We also provide other services for more aesthetic purposes, such as, skinning of Mexican Fan Palms, diamond cutting on Date Palms and sculpting the heads on Canary Island Date Palms.
