Roe Valenti, a Las Vegas native, brings over 15 years of experience to the tree and landscape industry, as an ISA Certified Arborist her various roles include sales, management, consulting for master-planned communities, resorts, commercial and residential properties.

Roe’s journey began with First Choice Tree Service where she started in office administration before transitioning into sales. Roe ventured to the Pacific Northwest at one point in her career, where she worked alongside top professionals in the field, further enhancing her expertise. She returned to Las Vegas with a broader perspective and continued to advance her career with other leading firms before rejoining First Choice Tree Service.

Roe is an active member of the Western Chapter of the International Society of Arboriculture, the Southern Nevada Arborist Group (SNAG), and the Tree Care for Birds Committee. Her dedication to wildlife preservation and sustainable landscape practices is evident in her advocacy for tree canopy protection and her commitment to educating others about the importance of arboriculture.

Anthony Valenti (Tony), the distinguished president of First Choice Tree Service, is an ISA Certified Arborist and Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP) with over 50 years of expertise in the tree and landscape industries in the Las Vegas area. Before establishing First Choice, Tony spent a decade running his own successful landscape company. Today, First Choice Tree Service stands as one of Nevada’s premier tree care providers.

Tony’s career began with 12 years as a Certified Horticulturist specializing in landscape irrigation and design. He further honed his skills as a golf course superintendent for 2 years before founding First Choice Tree Service in 1989.

An active member of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) and the Western Chapter of ISA, Tony has also served on the board of the Southern Nevada Arborist Group (SNAG). His contributions to arboriculture were recognized with the Trailblazer Award for outstanding service in Southern Nevada. Tony is a sought-after speaker, having delivered numerous lectures and keynote addresses at conferences across the United States. His insights on safety, best practices, and industry trends have been featured in the TCIA’s “TCI Magazine” and the ISA’s “Arborist News” magazines.
