Ludin Constanza has been a key member of the First Choice Tree Service team since July 2004. He began his career with us as a laborer and quickly advanced through various roles, including climber, foreman, and tree and landscape supervisor. In his current role as Landscape Manager, Ludin expertly oversees our landscape division while also playing a significant role in driving sales.
With over 20 years in the tree service industry, Ludin has developed a comprehensive and versatile skill set. Beyond his supervisory responsibilities, he has contributed to our fleet department with mechanical maintenance and supported our plant health care initiatives. His extensive experience and hands-on approach enable him to effectively serve both commercial and residential clients.
Ludin is bilingual in English and Spanish, making him an invaluable asset for connecting with and serving our Hispanic market. His language skills, coupled with his deep industry knowledge, allow him to deliver exceptional service and foster strong relationships within diverse communities.
Outside of work, Ludin cherishes family time with his wife and young children. His dedication is also evident in his readiness to handle emergency tree services as needed. Ludin’s passion for his field is reflected in his continuous learning and commitment to excellence.

Meet John Arroyo, Director of Business Development at First Choice Tree Service since December 2018. John is a driving force behind the company’s brand strategy, managing social media across all platforms and building essential business relationships that drive growth. Working closely with the sales team, he plays a critical role in enhancing sales and generating leads for our tree maintenance, landscape, and plant health care services.
Before transitioning to the green industry, John excelled as a property and casualty insurance producer with Amica Mutual Insurance, a top-rated company recognized by Forbes as one of “America’s Best Insurance Companies.” Licensed in all 50 states, he achieved Branch Expert status in Policy Center Policy and was a member of “Somos 55,” a group that pioneered a Hispanic marketing campaign in collaboration with Gallup Inc., significantly expanding market share within the Hispanic community.
John’s dedication extends well beyond his professional role. As an active member of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, he has served as both an Ambassador and Chair, playing a crucial role in enhancing member engagement and fortifying connections within the local business community. His extensive network and strategic relationships consistently yield valuable business referrals.
In his personal time, John enjoys spending quality moments with his wife, Marissa, and their children. They love traveling, cooking, and baking together. The Arroyo family is also dedicated to community service, volunteering for local events and supporting various outreach initiatives in the Vegas Valley.

Mike Cooper joined First Choice Tree Service in January 2015 as one of our esteemed Sales Consultants. With over 37 years in the tree industry, Mike brings a wealth of experience, including tree climbing, bucket truck operations, line clearance, skidder operations, and aerial rescue training. He is an ISA Certified Arborist, possessing extensive knowledge in arboriculture and plant health care.
Mike manages several key accounts, including the Clark County School District, the City of Boulder City, and Dragon Ridge and Anthem Country Club. His leadership extends to the Southern Nevada Arborists Group (SNAG), where he currently serves on the board and has previously served as president. His dedication to the field has earned him the Trailblazer Award for outstanding contributions to arboriculture in Southern Nevada. Additionally, he is a member of the International Society of Arboriculture.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys educating the Las Vegas community on proper tree care and basic fundamentals. He is actively involved in his church and homeless ministry, and he is a devoted husband and father. Mike’s commitment to customer service excellence and his trusted reputation among colleagues, friends, and customers make him a valuable member of the First Choice Tree Service team.
